Mondulkiri is a beautiful province

Mondulkiri is one of the largest provinces in the east or northeastern part of Cambodia and is one of the most natural tourist attractions in the country. The province has a town called Sen Monorom and its symbol the Wild cow Roundabout.
For geographical location, Mondulkiri Province borders Kratie province to the west, Vietnam to the east, Ratanak Kiri to the north, and North-West of Stung Treng province. The province is about 354km from Phnom Penh, starting from Wild cow round about (Mondulkiri) to Wat Phnom (Phnom Penh) when traveling from Mondulkiri, along National Road No 76 connected with national road 7 with National Road 8 and linked to National Road 6.
Basically, the province depends on rice farming, growing fruits and other vegetable crops. Besides, there are strawberry, coffee, avocado, and cashew nuts. Although the province is not a part of the ancient temples, the province's main parts are filled with rivers, gardens, wildlife sanctuaries, ethnic minority villages. And many other natural resources comparing to other provinces. But the waterfall seems to be the most popular for this area, and all these things attract tourists to visit and enjoy a vacation with a great view or absorb pure air from those sights on holidays as well as on weekends.
s for types of tourism, the province includes: natural and recreational tourism. However, natural tourism is the most popular in the area because the province is covered by forests with natural resources and unique natural landscapes, which are interests for tourists. In addition, the recreational areas include: mountain landscaped resorts, all designed to cater to the needs of leisure travels.
